Mexican Cornbread
A snappy twist on an old favorite!

INGREDIENTS:
1 CUP FLOUR
1 CUP CORN MEAL
4 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
3/4 CUP MILK
1 EGG
1/4 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 SMALL CAN CREAMED CORN (7-8 OZ)
1 SMALL CAN CHOPPED GREEN CHILES (4 OZ)
1 SMALL ONION FINELY CHOPPED

INSTRUCTIONS:

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND POUR INTO A MUFFIN TIN OR PAN. BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWN. BUTTER. ENJOY. THESE CAN BE FROZEN.
