Crust: Melt butter in a saucepan, turn off the heat, add the
graham cracker crumbs, toss with a fork. Pat into the bottom of
the pan.
Filling: Combine one package of cream cheese and one egg, mix
and then repeat; continue this process until 4 packages of cream
cheese and all 4 eggs are blended. Add sugar and vanilla, mix
well.
Pour over the crust in the pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 .
Topping: Combine and pour on top of the cake after it has baked
for 40 minutes. Bake 10 minutes more; then chill well.

Annie: I used to bake this cake in the early 70's for my "boyfriend"
on his birthday every May 3rd. I'm making the cake tonight (I
